I'm very happy for the job Adil Raja and Atif done for me.

Everything was very smooth and professional and service of the highest level.A slight problem with the radio, spoke to somebody who again was very helpful and could not be faulted.Just now spoke with the service team as it needs booking in to be looked at, again everything smooth and very helpful.Would I recommend Lookers ? Definitely without shadow of doubt as everything in respect of Customer Service has been 10 out of 10.Thank you once again.

All the staff were really lovely, the lady on the front desk with the shoulder length black hair, works part time.... she was so so lovely! Happy to help with anything! Kept me topped up with drinks, and whenever I asked anything, she found out straight away...Can I also say, your toilets were very very clean!Thank you also for cleaning my car after! Very helpful sales team for a pleasant change. It was only the price that was the reason for not purchasing. So they were going for more of a margin that's all. Good for them but not for me! ha.ha.

Very pleased with the service and your notification of the need for replacement of the front discs and pads which I have to say have made a terrific distance to the braking of the car.
