I’m unsure of the gentleman’s name who was dealing with me when I came in (he had a cool long beard) but I just wanted to say how welcome and comfortable he made me feel, he was very polite and chatty and seemed just generally a lovely person, he’s definitely spot on with his customer service, and deserves some recognition
