Jon was the perfect salesman and located a car from another garage when the one I was looking at was sold minutes before I test drove it.

The experience has been tainted because I didn't get the correct VAT receipt when I left the garage with the "THANK YOU" pack. As the Lookers switchboard isn't working correctly I couldn't get through last week or this week to the garage so I had to e-mail in twice to try to straighten things out, in the end my company have had to compromise with the VAT receipt so they can pay my expenses.
