They didn't remove the mats other it was clean

When I went to collect the car I was told there could not tax the vehicle for me as it was a ex mobility car so I had to drive from the dealership with a car that had no road tax and drive to a post office and tax the vehicle which I am sure was illegal and made my insurance invalid? I think this should be remedied for any future purchase's of ex mobility vehicles and a alternative way of taxing the vehicle found.

You could not complete 4 wheel alignment as front track rod ends were seized , not sure if anyone tried to put some heat on them, its rare a blow torch does not loosen seized threads! so only the rear alignment was done, but still got charged the full amount.Incidentally 2 years ago when I asked for 4 wheel alignment a similar thing happened only that time I was simply told “it was mot possible to do the full 4 wheel alignment “ but with no explanation of why? But simply “ so we have not charged you for this,” which I thought was fair enough and as its a BMW and not Nisan thought maybe need a special tool? So did not ponder it too long.Having changed the rear tyres 2 weeks ago I thought I would get 4 wheel alignment done again when the MOT due.Price quoted for track rod ends was way too high, I guess BMW part prices? Many alternatives are available including Monro, who specialise in in suspension parts, and are 5 x less expensive.Perhaps you only use original BMW parts? as you would with Nisan.But thats a shame, as you price yourself out of a job.you would make a similar margin, labour is the labour cost regardless, and a mark up on a less expensive part, but the total job gross price far less. You did not get the job you lost potential income.Don't get me wrong having purchased the car from you, I will be back again, its just the little inconsistencies that give me pause for thought.Best regardsStuart
