Initially helpful, but very insistent after sale to get a good survey result. Called me 3 times in a single day and frustratingly the last 2 calls were after I had explicitly asked them not to as I was busy at work

We travelled 300 miles to purchase our new Nissan Juke from Nissan Leeds, the on line service and that when we arrived was 10/10. We had a small issue when we collected the car but not only did the salesman (Luke) and his manager resolve the matter within minutes and without any quibble, but they were also extremely apologetic and generally concerned. This vehicle dealership cares about its customers, we noticed this from all staff members whilst there.
