Our overall experience in obtaining our new Qashqai was excellent. We were especially well looked after by Kim who could not have been more helpful.

when my car was finnished it had a so called wash but when i got home my car looked like it had been washed with a yard brush it was not clean at all next time i will skipp the wash its a good job that it didnt scratch the paint work great at everything else just a shame the car washers dont have pride in the job like everyone else at lookers

The experience was excellent and the staff are brilliantThe only down side was when I came to inspect the vehicle before leaving , there are two areas on the wheel arches that have no paint on them .So I am having to go back to Nissan Leeds to have the paint touched in on both areasThis is disappointing as I am having to go back on my own time , as the vehicle is a commercial Nissan navara and I’m self employed I will obviously loose a days pay to get this done .As it’s approximately 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back plus the time it takes to do the paint and it be dry enough for me to travel on the motorway to get back to Macclesfield
