Everything went like clockwork. I dropped the car off on time after having previously checked in online - very easy and straightforward. I had been told the job would take about 2hrs so I went for a walk and returned about 15 mins early. The work was complete and the car was on charge, ready and waiting. Staff were friendly and courteous. Having had problems with the level of service on more than one occasion in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised! A health check video of my car was waiting for me when I got home - an added bonus!

Pleased with the car we purchased We bought the car from a distance which is always a worry but we were sent personalised videos to view it . The car was delivered to our house a week after paying a deposit for the car. Transaction was very simple and smooth, I would have given 5 stars if communication was slightly better.
