The service was booked as a collect and return and the drivers notified me by phone when they were on their way. They were both very friendly and professional and the original booking by phone was very and handled in a very very pleasant manner. I was notified by phone regarding additional work that was needed to pass the MOT test. This was explained clearly together with cost for the work.

Lukasz was amazing throughout the whole purchase. He was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially we were disappointed that the vehicle we wanted to view was no longer available however he managed to find a much better alternative for us that met our needs. He was a very calming influence when we took a test drive and my wife was nervous about driving in a strange city. We never felt under pressure or rushed and he took time to explain everything, sometimes more than once! He arranged the transfer of our purchased vehicle from another dealership. he correctly predicted how long the process would take and kept us fully informed throughout.
