I used the online booking in but when I arrived with my car the person who took my keys said he'd need to phone the service department because they weren't aware of my booking and also of what service plan I had.Friendly staff, although quite sparse. No one to greet me when I arrived but someone cleaning a car said someone would be out in a minute.
