The on-line service is better than most but it does create more work for the customer. A simple phone call would be much easier for the customer.The place is 100% better than when I last visited the garage a few years ago. You now get a warm welcome and feel like a valued customer. The reception staff are outstandingly polite and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional but Leanne in particular was a star.
