There were plenty of dates available, but there was a lack of clarity about how long my "while you wait" service would take. If I'd known in advance that I would be waiting 4.5 hours I might have gone for another option.Overall service level was good, but the health check video was next to useless because the sound quality was poor and the amount of background noise from the workshop made the commentary inaudible.
