Very easy to use.Our motorbility vehicle was in for a service. Everything was excellent & Earl came back smelling very nice! I had a reason to ring during the service time with a query & spoke to an ever so polite & helpful man. I can't recall his name, but he was friendly & professional. He sounded young. I'd say he is an asset to Nissan. Thank you.
