When i called regarding a brake problem on my 5 month old X-Trail. They got me booked in straight away. It took a few weeks for the parts to arrive due to been shipped from Japan. As soon as the parts arrived it was booked in on 25th March for the repair. Leanne explained that a brake problem was just not on my vehicle and Nissan is aware of it, she sorted me out a curtesy car due to my mobility issues. Which really helped as I had a important hospital appointment on the other side of leeds. I got the vehicle back that day, but later noticed all was not right as the passenger front wheel was squeling as i drove.. I called the dealership the next day and arranged to take it back down for the service team to do a test drive. Craig from the service team worked out the problem and fixed it there and then. He explained what it was and said to get in touch if it starts again

We were treated like old friends, shown to adi, desk where he asked if we needed any thing to drink. he was was very patient with us, went though all the details of the change over documents, checked over the returned car then spent some time to get to know us beforedemonstrating and telling about the controls, Adi also said to ring if i needed help.

Jas was exceptionally helpful, and the handover was fun and well managed.Loved the unveiling ceremony.
