Whilst Lucy was very nice, friendly and efficient it seemed all a little impersonal. Maybe I’m old school and like a 5mins chat with the mechanic ?Also at the time of booking, through a central unit, my fault for not getting the Leeds number, no mention of a 2hr window for the service was mentioned. So we left the car at 10am and it wasn’t ready until 1630hr. Meanwhile I was wandering Leeds with a couple of coffees.
