Leanne was brilliant and understanding. Think having to book in for an electrical problem can be difficult because sometimes the problem stops so may need to adjust that so easier for technicians to see the present problem

On line check in was ok though not sure how beneficial it is to customers. There were a few to many emails/ messages linked to it.Helpful and friendly lady on reception (Leeds) and always nice to have your car vacuumed and washed Recall repair completed reasonably quickly.

We. Booked a collect & return the car because I have terminal cancer but someone forgot & when we phoned to ask - no trace. Took a little persuading but was eventually collected we asked for a removal of charge which was done. Not exactly a brilliant moment but ok in the end. Thus low score normally good service.
