Enabled me to clarify work to be carried out.Good prompt professional service.I would, however like someone to contact me to advise how I access the two hundred pound insurance excess voucher (in the event of an accident) which was an offer included as part of the service fee.

Having had an OK service from an earlier sales person (who had us booked in for a test drive for us to find the car had zero fuel in it so we had to turn back for it to be filled up!), we then dealt with Michal Urban who was amazing - calm, knowledgeable, put us at ease, went through the full finance plan and the part-exchange. I knew I was in very good hands with Michal and gave us so much confidence in himself and in Lookers! Worth his weight in gold! The showroom was also welcoming, professional looking, clean and comfortable!

The system is easy to use.I really like Lookers. I have been a customer with my company car for a few years and when I bought my own car - it was my only choice as I feel comfortable with this dealership and have trust they will look after me and my car.

Because It was easy to check in. I wish I knew about the online booking because the lady that booked the appointment was not listeningMy qashqai kept stalling and when I put it on Drive it goes on reverse sometimes. Now it drives like new!
