The processes of booking in and then checking in were both very straightforward, and I received e-mail reminders about bothReminder that my service was due, and a very easy booking in process.Friendly welcome in service reception both when I dropped the car off, and when I collected it. Courtesy car clean and tidy, and my car ready to collect in good time - phone call to advise me of that.Couldn't be much better.
