Helpful and informative staff.

I gave this rating as it is quick and easier to use.the service was good also the people there looked after you also asked if wanted refreshments. as i waited on site till car was serviced.

The people are great. The Sales executive was particularly patient in responding to all my enquiry. I am definetely coming back to get the car later in the year.

Very easy to use and makes it quicker when you arrive at the garage.I have always received excellent service from the Nissan Lookers Leeds branch. On this visit my vehicle was in for the adblue recall, I was told this would be ready within 2 hours. I arrived at 08:00 and as said the vehicle was ready and waiting in the car park at 09:45. Can’t fault this service.The lady on the reception was absolutely amazing, she came over to me and made me a coffee whilst I waited and halfway through my wait she came back and asked if I would like another drink. I have had vehicles from various garages across the country and never received as good service as I received from Lookers Nissan in Leeds.

Booking two things for one visit wasn't possible, so I had to do it by phone.Fantastic team, really helpful. Great service, and especially appreciated Liam and Leanne for all their help.
