It is easy to go on line and book your car in. My husband rang up to book my car in as I was busy.They came to collect my car, rang me before they set off, very polite. Got a text to let me know how things were going. Then brought it back all nice and clean and smelling very nice in the car.

I first came in last year as a disabled customer and got welcomed by Lucas who was so professional and supportive with my order, I was then passed over to Adil who took care of my order from start to collection day , he’s been very helpful and very friendly and supportive throughout the process went smoothly, have to say both guys were extremely excellent people, will be there when I need them again…..

While the check in system is helpful it cannot replace the human touch which is what makes this service so good.Fantastic service by Clair Fisher and regular GT-R technician.
