Easy system.Drop of , serviced, No wiff waff , Pay bill, Done,

I am not fond of online services but did admit it seemed a simple service.The team and receptionist were very polite, I felt a valued customer and was offered coffee.The service was excellent as the car required an MOT followed by an annual service and it was ready for 12.15pm same day.

The online service was 1st class and easy to do.The recall on our car was 1st class.

lukasz was excellent a real pleasure to work with, polite, courteous and very helpfull, a real credit to the company

Ease of it............Brilliant customer service and they cleaned my car. Thank you. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the huge delay in getting my car sorted. My appointment was at 8.50am for a max of an hr job and I didn't leave until 12.30
