Gave that score because I prefer the personal touch.From the lady on reception whose name I didn't notice, Claire who booked the car in, and Joshua who dealt with me also. Many thanks to Lee for explaining how he was going to repair the car. Overall an excellent performance.

Everything was great, staff lovely and work on car great the only thing was every time my car is in service say they will phone me when the car is ready and I always have to ring usually 4pm to see if it’s ready. Apart from that it would have been 5 stars😊
