I personally prefer a personal ‘people’ service.An excellent personal service provided by Claire Fisher.Claire understood my commitments and the fact that I was located some distance from Lookers Service Centre. She facilitated the timing of both repairs (September/November) all of which were completed promptly and on time.On this occasion I was pleased with the whole process.

They serviced my car but I was disappointed it wasn't washed when I picked it up - thought that was standard? If not, never mind.

Fabulous service at the dealership.Only concern was how long we would have had to wait to get the car booked in for service if we wanted to wait at the dealership while the work was being carried out.

Was a very good service with helpful and friendly staff. I may have given it another star but I was offered a free valuation when I dropped the car off but this was not provided.Also, I would have done the remote check-in but there was no way to amend the request. The default had my name spelled wrongly and there were optional extras, which I did not want and which I could not opt out of before clicking to confirm.

Because it was a quick and easy way to book my service.Because the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
