Very impressive service. Leanne on the front desk was extremely helpful. Hadn’t expected that the car would be given a full check up. One of the problems I raised was sorted. The main issue I came in for is possibly a problem of my own making, and is perhaps something Lookers are unable to resolve.

Just too easy to deal with . . . top communication easy access to information on line and perfect fast and accommodating service and yes I did say JUST TOO EASY . . . Why can’t you train ALL companies with a need for customer service agents because it’s so rare nowadays to have such any easy experience and feel like they actually value their customers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Absolutely 10 out of 10 customer service, our vehicle was collected serviced and returned within 4 hours and they gave so many options for the service and they couldn’t have been more helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ seriously they were as good today as they were the day we paid for it and that is VERY rare so thank you 🙏 the only other place I have received this consistent customer service was at Jaguar so there you go 💯
