The delivery estimate was an unsatisfactory and frustrating experience. I was originally told it would be about 2 - 3 months. It was 8 months and in that time I was not contacted by the dealership to update me, it was left to me to enquire. The exception was when the vehicle was finally delivered to the dealership and I was contacted.

I have found Mary Lofthouse, the service manager, helpful and polite at all times. She has gone out of her way to be as helpful not only with the service elements but with support and advice.
