I was really pleased with the service from start to collection. As a single woman I was worried about being ‘mansplained’ or talked down to which would have seen me out of the door in a shot. Stuart was great. Respectful and knowledgeable and didn’t give me the hard sell. I’m really pleased with the car and the whole process including the finance application and totally over the moon that I was able to hand over my ancient Qashquai as part of the deal. Just wish I’d done it years ago!

There was no hard selling of products and he helped me secure a very good part exchange value for my previous car. Added to that he even came in on his day off to complete the purchase. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I was kept well supplied with coffee while I waited for my service and MoT test to be done.
