I have been using Lookers Nissan Leeds for 7 years now and have always had a good experience. They are always polite and professional.When I have my service and MOT done here they always wash and vac the car before returning it to me and as a bonus I get a years roadside cover for free.A member of the team always takes you to your car and says Thankyou and good bye.I can’t fault them.

There was a communication problem between Nissan Call Centre and Nissan Leeds which put Nissan Leeds in a very embarrassing position. Nissan Leeds Manager went above and beyond sorting out the problem to a mutually agreed solution. We are very pleased with the car we have purchased and the manner on which handover was completed.

I didn't have a bad experience and the staff were very pleasant, especially on drop off and pick up of my vehicle. However with previous services in other brands I have been sent emails or texts with updates throughout the day and a video of the inspection which does provide reassurance to me as a disabled driver.Also I know this is not an advertised feature of service but previously my vehicle has always been valeted, even just basically washed and hoovered and this wasn't done. So much so the report i received from the service says they were unable to inspect the bodywork/paintwork. My vehicle wasn't that dirty!Again as a disabled driver and a motability customer a very basic wash and hoover has always been very much welcomed and appreciated when my car has been at the garage for service.While the booking experience was excellent, as was pick up and drop off the rest i feel was missing many of the more modern aspects of service's and especially the nice to haves bonuses,( perhaps they're even expected in todays climate,) which differentiate between dealerships.
