i would like to thank Lucy EVE and Michael for making my visit so easy, firstly eve who made me welcome with coffee and introduced me to Lucy who offered me a ride home and a returnto the dealership very much appreciated.Micheal the driver was such good company there andback first class.I was met by Lucy on my return who dealt with the paper work explained what had been done and showed me to my car all washed and shiny superb service all round.

Steve was really helpful. Went above and beyond. The showroom was nice too, we were offered hot and cold drinks.

The valeting of vehicles could be improved a lot I know it was a second hand vehicle and a pick up but the job the valeters had made was a huge disappointment and spoiled what was a excellent experience with the lookers nissan sales team and excellent customer service from Stuart Hudson.

I have a Nissan Qashqai Motobility car from Lookers and I felt very well looked after when my car went in for its service. From the lovely lady who initially welcomed me to the dealership to the gentleman who showed me the workings of the courtesy car, everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
