If a customer has book the car in for whatever they have done , I don't think you should charge for a hire car as your spending money with the garage.

From the time of requesting a price for the serving of my car to receiving the figure was two weeks, which I consider excessive, there was no explanation as to why it took so long.If I had known that my car would be scheduled in for attention at the back end of the day I could have left it around lunch time, and had to negotiate busy morning traffic.The staff were polite and helpful and efficient.Yes I will probably use you again.
