I delt with Lukasz he was very professional friendly and after a discussion he knew exactly what I was looking for he suggested E Power which is fantastic he helped me Do all paperwork kept me informed when the car would be ready the video he sent me was great we agreed a date and time for hand over it took less than a hour a big thumbs up from me thank you Lukasz 👍

I booked for a diagnostic check. 8:45am Was told at booking via Newcastle that it would probably be 1 he and I would be informed if there was any work required. On arrival I was informed the car had been booked in for a full day. Receptionist was really nice and said I should have asked to wait when I booked it.Not the best communication and wasted time in my behalf.I enquired about a new car and the sales rep was excellent.

When i received initial MOT reminder email, it didn't quote costs for the MOT or cost to collect and deliver my car for the MOT. The booking form didn't hold this info either. Please can this be surfaced in the booking journey so that an informed choice can be made?
