The valeting of vehicles could be improved a lot I know it was a second hand vehicle and a pick up but the job the valeters had made was a huge disappointment and spoiled what was a excellent experience with the lookers nissan sales team and excellent customer service from Stuart Hudson.

I have a Nissan Qashqai Motobility car from Lookers and I felt very well looked after when my car went in for its service. From the lovely lady who initially welcomed me to the dealership to the gentleman who showed me the workings of the courtesy car, everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The guys who did the service, did a great job, the car is definitely running better. They also valeted the car, which was VERY much appreciated.Many Thanks. M. Lock

If a customer has book the car in for whatever they have done , I don't think you should charge for a hire car as your spending money with the garage.

From the time of requesting a price for the serving of my car to receiving the figure was two weeks, which I consider excessive, there was no explanation as to why it took so long.If I had known that my car would be scheduled in for attention at the back end of the day I could have left it around lunch time, and had to negotiate busy morning traffic.The staff were polite and helpful and efficient.Yes I will probably use you again.
