Michal Urban was extremely helpful and made my custom feel valued. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt listened to and cared for. Other dealerships have felt pushy whereas Michal was interested in what I required in a vehicle, my ideal costs, and then went to work to find me a suitable option. His communication was great and I felt he had my best interests at the centre.Michal was fantastic and I will be asking for him again when I require a new vehicle and sending any friends and family to him in the first instance.

i was very impressed by the show room and the friendliness of all the staff .the warm receptionwe received by Eve on reception set t he tone for me,we then met Atif the sales manager who introduced us to Stuart who dealt with the sale in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner.when i collected the car a Nissan Juke Hybrid Stuart gave me all the information i required on the workings of the car .and the coffee is good too.

Regarding the service plan question, it's a motability vehicle, so not relevant, in the same way.From the moment I contacted the dealership I was impressed at the communication & information I was provided with. This made it a lot easier to choose the right vehicle, a Juke, manual. Michal was my point of contact. For various reasons I had to postpone 3-4 of the first meetings we made, but he was always understanding. When we finally met Michal he was very friendly, had great knowledge, & was professional.We had a short wait for our vehicle which was a huge surprize. Another dealership (different brand) gave me the impression that I'd have a very long wait wherever I went. This was clearly inaccurate.On the day we collected the vehicle it all went very smoothly. Admin. was completed quickly & efficiently. We met the sales manager who was just as approachable as Michal. Both said if any issues to not hesitate making contact. We were soon driving off in a really gorgeous car!We hadn't realised that the car was keyless, but everything was very clearly explained to us, & we had a few errands to run that afternoon & had zero issues.The next morning we just could not get the car to work. Couldn't even get the doors open in the keyless manner. We used the key 'stick' to get in, but nothing we did worked. I eventually rang the dealership & a very friendly lady rang us back & said she had sought advice from someone in the sales team & that we should apply pressure to both the clutch & brakes together, & then press the start button. Still nothing worked, & I was certain Michal had told us to apply pressure to the clutch only. I rang back & spoke to someone from the sales team who clarified that it is only the clutch that is used. After trying various things, I.e., using the fob instead of finger to press the start button, & nothing happening, he suggested trying the spare fob. It worked instantly! Phew! We had felt like idiots (😅), but it was just a faulty fob. My only constructive feedback would be to perhaps inform customers that this can happen, & we could have tried the spare fob ourselves with no stress at thinking we were doing something wrong. It was probably also not great that at first when we rang we were told to press the clutch & brake at the same time. This is not at all a complaint. I would give 10 stars for everything. Michal is a real asset to Nissan, & I hope this is recognized.Many thanks,Carole Deery.
