Very helpful. I have actually bought a new car from the dealership after receiving a loan car. I might suggest that the fee be waived for a loan car as it is a good way to give customers a drive in a car they might otherwise not have driven. Thanks to Leanne Kitchen at the dealership who looked after me brilliantly.

I was told by Stuart that the 2 wheels were repaired only to find out that was not the case so had to take the car back not once but twice . I was compensated in fuel but did have to waste 2 days because the car was not fixed when I picked it up even though I was promised it was sorted so that was a bit disappointing.

I found the “meet and greet” a little slow. I’m used to having separate desk/counters for each department.The idea of the receptionist going off to get someone or a quote from parts baffles me.Overall though, apart from being slow, it worked well and everyone was polite and courteous.
