It was fine.

I was told by Stuart that the 2 wheels were repaired only to find out that was not the case so had to take the car back not once but twice . I was compensated in fuel but did have to waste 2 days because the car was not fixed when I picked it up even though I was promised it was sorted so that was a bit disappointing.

I found the “meet and greet” a little slow. I’m used to having separate desk/counters for each department.The idea of the receptionist going off to get someone or a quote from parts baffles me.Overall though, apart from being slow, it worked well and everyone was polite and courteous.

My customer service experience wS absolutely 💯 l througherly enjoyed the experience and advised all my friends they need to change their dealership. Lucy was really polite and very helpful. I also got a courtesy car. Brilliant service.

Stuart went ‘above and beyond’ in providing us with a thoroughly professional service, with not even a hint of any high pressure sales practices.

Having issues with my nissan navara, this as been an on-going problem that nissan are aware of which I'm hoping will get sorted soon ! Mary and the mechanics have been brilliant and still go above and beyond to help!

Keith Butters & Mary Lofthouse were amazing regarding a significant warranty issue (significant in the sense the battery was failing and the Navara wouldn't start the day before leading to a visit from the RAC). Everything was sorted by lunchtime the next day.Can't thank them enough, both lovely people who both deserve a nod/bottle of something from the Lookers management team.
