Fantastic customer focussed service, also the delivery service was very professional 10/10 kept me informed on estimated delivery time and was very polite, offered him a coffee as he had driven from Leeds but he politely declined although I felt like he did deserve a break. Overall satisfied with all the lookers team, professional and customer focussed at all times.

Is about the leather seats and other things that fades out 2017 experience and 2019 too.Also the X-trail sat should be wider to seeing the cameras on well.Thanks

I took a star off for the fact that the check-in link expired before I could use it, not because of any action by the staff. I found the staff to be friendly and cooperative at all times, can't fault them

After an issue with no courtesy car being available as was originally booked, Lookers came up with an acceptable solution for me where a taxi was arranged to take me to my place of work, then another taxi was arranged to pick me up at the end of the day to get me back to pick my car up. No panic, everything quickly rearranged,which was fine for me.
