Very efficient and excellent communication between Lookers Leeds branch and myself . Explaining everything in detail what they would do to solve the problem with my car . Excellent service from the mechanic too . ( not sure of the mechanics name ) Also Clair in the service department . Well done all !

The receptionist changed the timing of the MOT so that it reduced my waiting time but still enabled me to walk into Leeds and do some shopping..very thoughtful!!

Parking was not brilliant had to park on double yellows . Maybe a taxi drop off pick up may be an option .

The drivers side car mat which was new was not protected and had oily marks on it. Suggest you use a protective sheet in future as service engineers are likely to have oily feet.
