Eve on the reception was 10 out of 10. Nothing was too much bother for her. She was very friendly lady.Michal urban was the third Motability guy I saw. The first guy was not really bothered when i said I was just looking. He was really pushy the only car he wanted me to have was an entry model juke. I went away and looked at other dealerships. The second guy I saw was a really lovely guy but he’d only just started on his training which he told me at the start that he couldn’t sign me up but when I told him what things I was looking for he sorted a test drive out on a qashqai e power and sorted an appointment for me to see Michal. When I went to see michal he was so apologetic but the car I’d fallen in love with wasn’t on mobility but he advised me that the next best thing was a hybrid. I ordered the hybrid after a couple of weeks. Then after about 3 months there was still no saying when it would be ready. After going on line I saw that the e power car I’d fallen for was now on mobility so I asked if I could change my car and thanks to michal he was able to do it and with in a week I’ve got my car. My sister is on the Motability scheme an I’m taking her down to see michal and order her new one. So thank you Deni eve and Michal

Demi Holland was brilliant. He went out of his way to help get the car sorted for me collecting it on my one day off. Also Ateef his manager was great. Couldn’t ask for a better service!!
