The experience of dropping off and picking up my car at the showroom was positive.As soon as I arrived, a friendly and helpful Eve greeted me and served me a hot drink.My contact was Leanne Kitchen. I bought the car remotely so didn't actually meet anyone. One of the management team did email me. My salesman was very polite and courteous and arranged everything from road tax, service plan and delivery/pickup.
