Overall, my experience was excellent. I was told that my car would be ready at 11.30am and it was more like 12.15-12.30pm but this wasn't too much of a problem for me as I was working productively from the customer area on my laptop.

The experience of dropping off and picking up my car at the showroom was positive.As soon as I arrived, a friendly and helpful Eve greeted me and served me a hot drink.My contact was Leanne Kitchen. Leanne's knowledge and enthusiasm made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. She was very professional.
