Have been to that dealership since the Ford days and had mixed results before. The call centre experience is also not great and works in a very fixed behaviour.But the experience on site his time was so much better. No waiting around, job completed by the end of the day, efficiently managed.Special mention for the customer service adviser who looked after the job, Leanne who handled everything perfectly.

This was a breakdown investigation. I brought my car in earlier than the booked slot as there was a concern that it may fail to start again and I wanted to get it to the dealership without further recovery if possible. This resulted in the dealership being able to look at it the day before and having diagnosed the problem (electrical) and with no parts required, I was able to pick it up that evening which was extremely helpful rather than being without a vehicle. Thank you.

Happy with service personnel Leanne. She did her best.Not happy having to wait 6 to 10 weeks for a part ( a plastic drivers footwell heater outlet) to come from Japan.I thought Qashqais were made in Sunderland.I get stuff from eBay from Japan in a week.An explanation would be appropriate.

When checking the car in I was asked my preferred contact telephone number and said it was the land line. I was therefore surprised at the end of the afternoon, when I telephoned Lookers to ask if the car was ready to be collected (as I had heard nothing and it was approaching 5.00pm) that people had repeatedly tried to contact me on my mobile number and sent me text messages. Why ask, if you are going to ignore my answer?I also asked if the battery could be replaced in my spare car key, saying the battery was fine in the key I usually used. I was told both batteries had been replaced when I picked the car up. £5 was deducted from my bill, when I said it was only one battery I needed to be replaced and this was another example of poor communication.
