My experience with Lookers so far has been excellent and have nothing but praise for them. Well done Lookers.

The service was generally very good. It feels as if there will be ongoing support. My only concern was a sense of pressure to complete before the end of Dec and uncertainty as to when the car would arrive

Service and mot all great. Booking and communication on the day was super many thanks.However on the day while in the dealership I was looking at a new qashqai. Sales said they would give me a valuation on mine against a certain model to swap, via email. This never happened. I'm not that bothered as I'm not desperate to change. (very happy with my current car) but why say you are going to do something then don't?

Booking was very easy. The date had to be changed to accommodate my need for a courtesy car, and was done smoothly. No problems at all.

The whole process from beginning to end was painless and pleasant. I just hope the new vehicle lives up to one’s expectations.(By the way, the quality of the tea and coffee provided was excellent. A seasonal mince pie would have been appreciated).
