The whole process from beginning to end was painless and pleasant. I just hope the new vehicle lives up to one’s expectations.(By the way, the quality of the tea and coffee provided was excellent. A seasonal mince pie would have been appreciated).

Very satisfied my car is a motabi!ity car the only thing I can say is I was told they would ring me in a couple of days to see how I was going on but not heard anything as yet and it's been 2 weeks it's not a complaint as everything is fine if I had any problems i would have been in touch myself .

I was highly impressed with the customer service that I received. The salesman Ady was very helpful, friendly and professional. He certainly as the right attitude and manner for the job. I was also impressed with two of the management team introducing themselves. I will also be telling others to come to Lookers.

Mary was brilliant. My only frustration was ringing the dealership after the video had arrived to be told I'd receive a full breakdown of the costs in half an hour, to not hear anything for a further four hours despite chasing. It wasn't the time that was the concern, but the false expectation that was given from the outset that caused the annoyance. As I said, Mary was great and arranged a courtesy car for me on short notice too.
