This was a breakdown investigation. I brought my car in earlier than the booked slot as there was a concern that it may fail to start again and I wanted to get it to the dealership without further recovery if possible. This resulted in the dealership being able to look at it the day before and having diagnosed the problem (electrical) and with no parts required, I was able to pick it up that evening which was extremely helpful rather than being without a vehicle. Happy with service personnel Leanne. She did her best.Not happy having to wait 6 to 10 weeks for a part ( a plastic drivers footwell heater outlet) to come from Japan.I thought Qashqais were made in Sunderland.I get stuff from eBay from Japan in a week.An explanation would be appropriate.

Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Absolutely no pressure to buy, but offered appropriate support to make an independent decision.

When checking the car in I was asked my preferred contact telephone number and said it was the land line. I was therefore surprised at the end of the afternoon, when I telephoned Lookers to ask if the car was ready to be collected (as I had heard nothing and it was approaching 5.00pm) that people had repeatedly tried to contact me on my mobile number and sent me text messages. Why ask, if you are going to ignore my answer?I also asked if the battery could be replaced in my spare car key, saying the battery was fine in the key I usually used. I was told both batteries had been replaced when I picked the car up. £5 was deducted from my bill, when I said it was only one battery I needed to be replaced and this was another example of poor communication.

The service was generally very good. It feels as if there will be ongoing support. My only concern was a sense of pressure to complete before the end of Dec and uncertainty as to when the car would arrive

Service and mot all great. Booking and communication on the day was super many thanks.However on the day while in the dealership I was looking at a new qashqai. Sales said they would give me a valuation on mine against a certain model to swap, via email. This never happened. I'm not that bothered as I'm not desperate to change. (very happy with my current car) but why say you are going to do something then don't?

Booking was very easy. The date had to be changed to accommodate my need for a courtesy car, and was done smoothly. No problems at all.
