John Mapes (sales person) was incredibly helpful, friendly and his communication (updates on progress) was great.Because of Johns professional and friendly approach we would certainly consider continued business with Lookers in the future.

The experience was almost 100% perfect (particularly given that I arrived on the wrong day due to me having a problem with the date of my last MOT!) but I did note that the text message I received showing the 'track' of my service was not accurate. At about 4 p.m. I kept checking the app and saw that it showed my car was 'awaiting sanitation' before the service. Minutes later, one of your staff came to me to say that the service was complete (but the car still was awaiting a 'valet'.). I guess the system had a 'delay'! No problem but hope this helps.

We were all ready to go ahead with buying a vehicle but unfortunately my child fell ill with a stay in hospital & is still recovering. So, unfortunately my family is priority & we had to let the car go what we originally put a deposit on. Other than that, I can't fault the staff. Michael, the young gentleman we were dealing with was very good at his job & he made us very welcomed too.
