The only disappointment was that we were offered a free service on the purchase of the car last November. Unfortunately the employee who offered it has subsequently left and he had failed to put this offer on file. The dealership offered us a 10% reduction as an offer of good will .Leanne Kitchen gave us excellent service.

As soon as I entered the Leeds Nissan showroom the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
