Jacob was great, he was laid back and not pushy at all. Also whilst we were awaiting the taxing of my new vehicle he happily sat in the vehicle with me to ensure I knew where things were on the dashboard etc. One thing neither of us were sure about was how to open the bonnet but he went out of his way to go and find out.Atif was very friendly and helpful and he suggested getting my initials in the registration and Jacob managed to do that for me. They both managed to make me feel a valued customer.

There was a 14 month wait and communication was poor during that time. I was the instigator of all the contact to chase an update. There were several staff movements and so it felt like I had slipped through the gaps and had been forgotten

In this instance the purchase was for a Motability car so some of these questions don't apply but from the moment we came to the dealership to the point we picked up the new car we had a very positive experience. The receptionist was lovely, we had drinks provided, spoke to Stuart Hudson initially to set the ball rolling and finding out much more information about Motability than I had from previous dealers. Then Adil Raja who took over later was also very good and sorted out all the end paperwork and handing over of the car was definitely a 'revealing' moment! Brilliant customer service from start to finish.
