Adi was extremely helpful when it came to ordering our car he was very knowledgable on different specs for each carHe gave us a delivery date or just 1 week away from ordering which was impressive as we expected to have a wait of between 1 - 5 months. He made the whole ordering process so simple for us, we couldn’t have asked for a better sales personWhile we waited to order he was dealing with another customer who came in on a recommendation to deal with Adi which speaks volumes about his reputation for giving first class serviceHe cares about the little touches like offering us a hot or cold drink and when we collected the car he had it covered for us under the Nissan cloth :)He knows his job well and he makes it his business to get to know the customer and their wishes/needs. Pleased with the service and that my car would be valeted. But when I went to my car the windows were for dirty I had to open the side windows to exit the garage. I should add my car was cleaned the day before! A small thing but it mattered.

As usual, everyone at the dealership, from Eve on reception to Mary in the service depot were very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to deal with everyone at the branch.
