Pleased with the service and that my car would be valeted. But when I went to my car the windows were for dirty I had to open the side windows to exit the garage. I should add my car was cleaned the day before! A small thing but it mattered.

As usual, everyone at the dealership, from Eve on reception to Mary in the service depot were very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to deal with everyone at the branch.

Michal was very helpful and patient. He allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted to and nothing was too much bother.

Great service and I'm please with the work done to my vehicle, howeverthe courtesy car was dirty and sticky inside, the windscreen wash reservoir was empty and only showing a range of eight miles worth of fuelApparently a sales person had been using the car overnight.Claire Fisher, the service advisor was of course horrified, the fault was not with her, she did all she could to apologies. Courtesy cars should be the best maintained in the garage!Generally staff at this dealership go the extra mile, however you need to send some of your sales people on a customer aware and how do I value the product I'm selling course!
