My visit was a waiting appointment, as it often is, so waiting in the showroom whilst the MOT is completed.The lady who greets and then looks after you with providing drinks is absolutely fantastic, she's always so lovely and helpful and is an amazing representative for your front of house!I'm always able to get on the WiFi and quietly crack on with work on my laptop whilst I wait, and the waiting space is very pleasant generally too.The lady who dealt with my vehicle was also very nice, informative and professional, so top marks all round!
