Honestly I had to follow up a few times on the email when trying to book, and I even had a phone call from somebody else in the middle of it all, and I explained I was already in the process of booking via email. She was like, Oh! Let me follow up and make sure they get back to you. And then after another week or so I still had to follow back up myself.Long story short, there ended up being more work required then anybody expected, so the guys did what was reasonable at the time, explained everything in detail when I returned to pick up the car, and we're all scheduled in to have it finished later this month.
