Jordan sold me my car and provided excellent customer service.Unfortunately the car had to be returned to be have a replacement tyre within 2 weeks. I feel this should have been picked up on the cars MOT, however, the service we received was excellent.

The help and advice I got from the sales staff was excellent when considering buying an electric vehicle.This was a very new experience for me but the advantages and possible limitations were explained patiently and very clearly by Mr Jack Carr who I dealt with. At no point was I pressurised into making any decision. Opportunities were made for a full test drive. All staff in the Newcastle sales area were helpful and informative.
