Very user friendly and we were kept updated.Very easy to book in online. No problems when we arrived. Car was ready quickly with everything we had requested having been completed. Staff were excellent and really helpful.

Handover was generally good but some things were not done which I think should have been checked. The car was not filled with petrol for drive away as promised, the second key was not available and the service book was not stamped for the work done for handover. I am still awaiting a response about the service book several days later.
