This was the first time I have ever been to a brand new car dealership in my life and I honestly can say that the experience was phenomenal and surpassed every possible expectation. The experience was made unique and special with the exceptional quality of care I received from Gail. She was super welcoming, friendly and really as excited as I was about going through the process of a new car. I just felt so looked after and really it made what was a very special moment for me even better. The customer care is second to none. Engagement and answering of questions was on point. There was absolutely nothing to fault at all with this dealership. I went away feeling fully informed, properly looked after, respected and valued.

The salesperson was excellent in everything that she did. The only real problem was an inability to reach anyone by phone. Over 2 days, despite numerous attempts, only once did I get the phone answered. As this was important, and my salesperson was absent, this made life very difficult. Answering the phone needs to be addressed. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Well done Gail!
