Excellent service by Kyle Shorey at Lookers in Jesmond who dealt very speedily with a faulty battery which is under warranty and is dealing with a faulty SOS button due for replacement next week. Always friendly and excellent service at the dealership.

From the initial invitation to Test Drive the E Power Qashqai through to the Collection date I was kept informed. The salesperson was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Always had good service from Lookers Newcastle and this was the same experience as our other two.Very helpful and kind young man -Jack Carr -dealt with my purchase. Not an easy purchase for me as I was replacing my late husbands car.Emotional time and Jack was very patient and kind.

The valet on the car is rubbish, inside sunroof & petrol but is so dirty. There were scratches missed however Dave has agreed to fix it.

A very impressive experience from start to finish. The full process took a total of 6 days from my initial visit to the dealership, part exchange my current vehicle and taking delivery of a brand new X Trail. Top class as always however the cost of change was more expensive than we could justify especially as my car has just been serviced and passed its mot and is working very well
