Although the dash camera was fitted it was not programmed and therefore not recording. I have had to install the Sbd card and perform the set up procedure which I assumed would have been done at installation

I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service I received from Newcastle Lookers staff.Especially the fantastic help I received from Jack Carr throughout the entire sales process.Being in my 90s with dodgy hearing he was brilliant ,for instance helping by making the lengthy phone call to LV to make my new car insurance switch ,which with my hearing I was unable to do.Thanks to Jack Carr’s valuable help I am now enjoying driving my Qashqai E-Power Accenta.
