I've had to re-book in for some warranty work.I was disappointed to find out you don't operate a collect and deliver or lift service to your customers.Having read the T&C's of my Nissan Service Plan one of the guarantees is to get you to where you need to be. The only thing I was offered was for you to book me a taxi which I would have to pay for.I know other Nissan dealers have drivers and offer the service of lifts etc free of charge.
