I have never met a Sales Person as kind and thoughtful as Jack, he was very helpful and pleasant and put my mind at ease about my purchase. He went above and beyond when I was lost in Newcastle City Centre when we had arranged to meet at the Gateshead brach and he even asked if I needed to follow him to Gateshead to get home to Teesside!Thanks Jack, you were a super star!
