The video link I was sent didn’t load. The service sheet said car too dirty to inspect but had been washed clean when it was returned to me. Why it wasn’t inspected after washing?

We waited longer than expected for the car due to Nissan having problems getting parts. This was out of Looker's control and was explained to us,and we were kept updated by David Howe. David was excellent and always there to answer our queries. He provided excellent customer service.
